Job Description
English must be fluent. Comfortable with the Client and Applicant care role Immediate joiner preferred.
lJob Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with candidates regarding international job opportunities and placements.
- Handle candidate queries and provide process-related information.
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate records and update process status.
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas employers/partners.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the placement process.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and follow-ups.
- Freshers can apply; experience in recruitment/placement is an advantage.
