📍 Job Location: Bhandup (W), Mumbai (within a 10-minute walking distance from bhandup station)

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Job Description

We are hiring motivated and confident Telesales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in sales, customer interaction, and promoting insurance products.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers through outbound calls.
• Introduce and explain insurance plans and their benefits.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Update customer information and maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
• Candidate RequirementsExcellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer and data-entry knowledge.
