Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and respond to student/parent admission enquiries.
- Explain courses, eligibility, fees, admission process and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable counselling.
- Convince interested students/parents to visit the campus.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with enquiries and campus visitors.
- Convert enquiries and campus visits into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain enquiry and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling, visit and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admission team for smooth student conversion.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Strong follow-up and counselling skills.
- Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Marathi, Hindi and English communication preferred.
