Shift: Monday to Saturday (10:30 Am to 6:30 Pm)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to interact professionally with customers, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain positive customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:

1.      Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products.

2.      Search for new distributors, sellers, retailers online.

3.      Identify prospective customers through cold calling, referrals, or inquiries.

4.      Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

5.      Find and create a data bank for potential sales. Data bank of sellers.

Required Skills:

1.      Excellent spoken and written English.

2.      Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

3.      Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.

4.      Good listening and negotiation skills.

5.      Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
