We are looking for a confident and professional Telecaller to handle customer calls and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Responsibilities:
Outbound/inbound calling, lead follow-up, explaining products/services clearly, maintaining customer records, updating call status, handling basic customer queries, and regular follow-up with potential customers.
Candidate Requirements:
Good communication skills, confident speaking ability, basic computer/Excel knowledge, professional phone etiquette, and fluency in Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred.
