Job Description
1. Steward – NightclubExperience: 0–2 years
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, kitchen, and glassware.
- Assist service staff during operations.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Support cleaning before and after shifts.
- Work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
2. Captain – NightclubExperience: 2–4 years
Responsibilities:
- Supervise stewards and ensure smooth service.
- Manage guest orders, table service, and VIP guests.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
- Handle guest complaints professionally.
- Maintain service standards and staff grooming.
- Coordinate billing and shift closing.
