SR.CRM-POST SALES (BACKENED)

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage the complete post-sales and backend process for Villa & Plot customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries, complaints and post-sales coordination.
• Manage property/legal documentation such as Agreement for Sale, Sale Deed, MOU, NOC, KYC, 7/12 and registration documents.
• Coordinate with legal team, accounts, sales, site and registration teams.
• Track payments, demands, receipts, loans and pending documents.
• Coordinate agreement signing, registration, construction updates and possession/handover.
• Maintain CRM, Excel trackers, customer files and MIS reports.
• Prepare professional emails, letters, reminders and customer communications.
• Ensure timely closure of customer requests and pending documentation.
• Candidate Profile2–5 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Post-Sales / Property Documentation.
• Good knowledge of villa/plot legal documentation and registration process.
• Strong customer service, follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email and CRM software.
• Real estate developer/builder experience preferred.
