Plan monthly content calendars covering Reels, product posts, project showcases, educational content, brand campaigns and experience center content.

Develop Strategies to increase Instagram followers, engagement, reach, profile visits and overall brand visibility.

Plan, run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads for brand awareness and lead generation.

Generate qualified leads from Architects, Interior Designers, Lighting Designers, Dealers, Builders, Developers and Project Customers.

Create dedicated campaigns to increase Experience Center enquiries, appointments and visitor footfall.

Develop lead generation funnels using social media, landing pages, WhatsApp, remarketing and CRM tools.

Monitor Campaign performance including CPL, CTR, Conversions, Engagement and lead quality.

Co-Ordinate with designers, Photographers, Video Editors and the Sales team for campaign and content execution.

Research competitors, international lighting brands, industry trends and new opportunities for stronger brand positioning.

Develop creative, out of the box marketing strategies, collaborations and promotional ideas beyond conventional social media marketing.

Explore opportunities with architects, designers, industry communities, influencers and relevant business networks.

Stay updated with the latest AI tools, digital marketing trends and social media developments.

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other platforms for content creation, research campaign ideas, analysis, image/video generation and productivity.

Identify opportunities to implement AI and marketing automation for lead capture, WhatsApp follow ups, CRM updates, reporting, email marketing and customer nurturing.

Continuously test new tools, platforms and strategies that can improve marketing efficiency and business growth.

Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management and Paid Advertising.

Strong Understanding of Instagram growth, Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Good Knowledge of lead generation, remarketing and digital sales funnels.

Creative thinking with a strong understanding of branding and content.

Ability to independently plan, execute and analyze campaigns.

Strong Communication, copywriting and marketing ideation skills.

Proactive, experimental and consistently updated with changing digital trends.

Experience with lighting architecture, interiors, luxury products, real estate or B to B marketing will be an added advantage
