Job Description
• Be the day-to-day point of contact for clients: updates, approvals, feedback and follow-ups.
• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms, and keep content calendars up to date.
• Coordinate with strategists, designers, editors and writers so deliverables go out on time.
• Manage brand inboxes by replying to DMs and comments in each brand's voice.
• Reach out to influencers and creators, brief them, track deliverables and collect content on time.
• Keep trackers, timelines and client notes organised so nothing slips.
