Job Description

  • Supervise and execute Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Firefighting, and Utility works at project sites.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Review MEP drawings, layouts, specifications, and BOQs before execution.
  • Ensure all MEP activities are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to resolve site-related issues.
  • Plan and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities.
  • Verify work measurements and support contractor billing and quantity reconciliation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover.
  • Identify execution challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
