Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect work progress to ensure quality and adherence to plans and specifications.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and the internal project team.
- Manage site logistics, deliveries, and materials handling.
- Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, timesheets, and safety documentation.
- Resolve issues and delays promptly to avoid disruption.
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks as required.
- Report progress, risks, and issues to management on a regular basis.
