Job Description

Service EngineerExperience: Freshers can be considered

  • Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, commissioning, demonstration and servicing of equipment.
  • Attend breakdown, calibration, service and lab-shifting calls.
  • Handle customer service queries and spare requirements.
  • Coordinate with HO/customers for repairs, spares, PO, invoice and payments.
  • Maintain service reports, stock records and calibration schedules.
  • Generate revenue through AMC, service calls, calibration and spare sales.
  • RequirementsITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical or Instrumentation.
  • Knowledge of temperature, pH, humidity, pressure, vacuum, gases, clean-room calibration, electrical and pipette calibration.
  • HVAC, autoclave and microscope knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and regional languages.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
