Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telesales Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Telesales Executives. The role will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, improving team productivity and conversion, and ensuring a high level of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Telesales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance including sales, conversion, productivity, calls, talk time, and revenue.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
• Guide team members on sales pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Monitor calls and provide feedback to improve sales quality and customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, quality standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Support new team members during onboarding and training.
• Work closely with HR and management for manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and attrition control.
• Drive employee engagement and maintain a positive, target-oriented work environment.

Key Skills

• Telesales / Telemarketing / Inside Sales experience.
• Strong team handling and people management skills.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or BPO Sales.
• Prior Team Leader experience managing a telesales team is preferred.
• Experience in achieving sales targets and managing team productivity.
• Experience in BPO, BFSI, Telecom, E-commerce, or Matrimonial industry will be an added advantage.
• Good command of English and Hindi; Marathi would be an added advantage.
