Position - Lighting Consultant

Salary - ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 per month + Incentives (Based on experience)

Working Days - 6 Days a Week (Rotational off/No Sunday Off)

Role Overview - Harold Lights & More is looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Lighting Consultant who can handle both hot leads and walk-in customers. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing personalized lighting consultations, recommending suitable products, and converting enquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in customer interaction, proactive in follow-ups, and capable of managing the complete sales journey from the initial enquiry or showroom visit consultation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Responsibilities:

• Convert hot leads and walk-in customers into successful sales.
• Understand customer needs, project requirements, and budget to recommend suitable lighting solutions.
• Provide premium product consultation and demonstrate product features, applications, and benefits.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including follow-ups, negotiations, objection handling, and closures.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail customers.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for orders, delivery, and post-sales support.
• Maintain lead records, customer follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
• Achieve sales targets and stay updated on lighting products, trends, and competitors.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer-facing salesroles.
• Experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
•  Lighting Furniture Home Décor Consumer Electronics Modular Kitchens Modular Furniture Interior Products Luxury Retail or Premium Consumer Products Watches
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management abilities.
• A customer-first approach with the ability to understand requirements and recommendappropriate solutions.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
