Accounts:

a. knowledge of Accounts, viz, BS, TB, PL, Grouping, Closing entries, Provisions, Reconciliation, Ledger scrutiny. Etc. Depreciation as per Co Act and Income Tax

b. Cash Flow

c. Knowledge of Inventory, FIFO method, Stock Journal and impact thereon

d. Interest Calculation.

e. Accounts Finalization

2. Banking:

a. Monthly preparation of stock statement for banks.

b. Preparation of FFR

c. Preparation of CMA Data

d. Correspondence with bank for various purposes, viz, excess interest charged, application for asking for ad hoc limit, etc

3. GST:

a. Preparation of GSTR1, reconciliation with books, IMS outward, amendment of GSTR1, etc

b. Reconciliation of books with GSTR-2B, IMS inward acceptance, rejection, pending, ITC eligibility. etc

c. Preparing of GSTR-3B.

d. Knowledge of Eway/ Einvoice, reconciliation with books and action thereon

e. Preparing documents, statement & reconciliation for GST annual filing, GSTR9/GST9C and GST Audit by GST department.

4. Income Tax:

a. Applicability of TDS/TCS , TDS rate, Lower Deduction of TDS, Nil TDS, etc.

b. Preparing documents for Income Tax scrutiny.

c. Income Tax provision related to cash transactions, allowability of expenses. Etc

d. Preparation of Quarterly TDS data and Filing on TDS software.

e. Generating of Form 16/16A

f. Knowledge of Traces

5. Experience 3-4 years in taxation
