Job Description
Job TitleSenior Account Executive
Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to manage accounting operations, financial records, taxation, and reporting activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports
- Handle GST, TDS, and other taxation-related work
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and payment records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management
