Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Professional Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and maintain exceptional service standards across our unisex salon location. You will lead a team of stylists, estheticians, and front-desk staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, high client satisfaction, and profitability while representing our brand image.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations & Brand Standards

• Manage end-to-end daily salon activities, ensuring a seamless client journey from reception to service completion.

• Maintain strict standards of hygiene, sanitation, safety, and visual merchandising across all service areas and workstations.

• Manage appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and flow optimization to maximize chair utilization and minimize wait times.

• Audit service delivery regularly to ensure adherence to brand protocols for hair, skin, nail, and grooming services.

2. Team Leadership & People Management

• Recruit, onboard, and train salon staff, including hair stylists, colorists, beauticians, and front-desk executives.

• Create balanced work schedules, manage shift rotations, attendance, leave approvals, and daily task assignments.

• Mentor and motivate team members to achieve individual and salon sales/service targets.
• 
  
• Conduct performance reviews and coordinate with technical trainers to upgrade team skills on new trends and treatments.

3. Financial Management & Sales Growth

• Drive branch revenues by achieving monthly service, product retail, and package sales targets.

• Implement cross-selling and up-selling strategies for high-value aesthetic and professional treatments.

• Manage daily cash collection, POS operations, billing accuracy, and daily financial reporting.

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average bill value, client retention rates, and rebooking percentages.

4. Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor consumption of professional back-bar products and retail stock levels.

• Conduct weekly and monthly inventory audits to minimize leakage, wastage, and product expiration.

• Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate with central vendors or warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment.

5. Client Relationship Management (CRM)

• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and escalations with promptness and high professional standards.

• Execute client retention initiatives, loyalty programs, and localized promotional offers.

• Maintain accurate client history records, preferences, and feedback within the salon management software.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years of operational management experience in a high-end salon, spa, or hospitality environment.
