Job Description: Sales and Telecalling Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in real estate projects.
• Explain project features, location, amenities, pricing and investment opportunities.
• Set up Virtual Meetings for senior sales managers with prospective customers.
• Identify potential buyers and persuade interested customers to schedule site visits.
• Coordinate and accompany prospective customers on site visits.
• Work alongside senior sales managers to convert prospects into successful bookings.
• Follow up with prospective customers and assist in closing sales.
• Coordinate with customers for booking amounts, instalments and pending payments.
• Maintain customer records and regular follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
• Strong speaking, explanation and convincing abilities.
• Confident, presentable and professional personality.
• Comfortable with outbound telecalling and face-to-face customer interactions.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Salary & Career Growth

• Fixed salary: ₹12,000 to 20,000, depending on experience and suitability.
