Job OverviewFreechargeBiz is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for its Gold Loan division in Savedi, Ahmednagar. The ideal candidate should have relevant gold loan sales experience, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive gold loan sales and achieve assigned business targets.
• Generate leads through customer outreach, database usage, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Guide customers through the gold loan application process.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Eligibility CriteriaQualification: 12th pass to any degree.
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in gold loan sales; prior experience is mandatory.
• Age: 24–42 years.
• Gender: Male/Female.
• Languages: English, Hindi, and Marathi.
