Role & Deliverables
Acquire and onboard HNI/UHNI clients and build a strong client portfolio.
Drive revenue through client acquisition and revenue generation through cross-selling and upselling of insurance, mutual funds, equity and other financial products.
Provide investment advisory based on client needs, financial goals, and risk appetite.
Products include equity, F&O, mutual funds, bonds, insurance, and other investment solutions.
Build long-term client relationships and drive portfolio growth and client retention.
For team leaders, manage and drive team performance against business targets.
Candidate Profile
4–10 years of experience in client acquisition, wealth management, or financial product sales.
Candidates from insurance, banking and wealth management are preferred.
Strong HNI/UHNI client acquisition and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.
Proven track record in revenue generation and business development.
