-Counsel potential clients on immigration -Understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways -Convert leads into successful enrollments by meeting or exceeding sales -Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems -Follow up with leads and clients to ensure timely decision-making -Coordinate with case processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding *Required Skills & Competencies* -Strong communication and persuasion skills -Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals -Customer-focused approach with strong listening skills -Ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently -Good organizational and follow-up skills -Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office, email) *Qualifications:-Any* *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)* -Lead conversion rate -Monthly/quarterly sales targets.
