Job Summary

The Sales Apprentice supports the sales team in achieving business objectives by assisting with lead generation, customer interactions, market research, sales administration, and maintaining customer relationship records. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales processes, customer engagement, and business development while developing professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business leads.
• Support customer outreach through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and business proposals.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and industry trends.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and customer visits for sales representatives.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and escalating issues when required.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Participate in product training and sales development programs.
• Support promotional campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.

Required Qualifications

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
