Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities – Client RetentionReactive Client ManagementContact inactive/reactive clients regularly and understand the reason for inactivity.
- Identify client requirements and provide suitable support to encourage trading activity.
- Follow up with clients and convert inactive clients into active traders.
- Dormant Client ReactivationIdentify dormant accounts with trading potential.
- Conduct calls and follow-ups to understand the reason for dormancy.
- Guide clients through the reactivation process and encourage them to resume trading.
- HNI Client EngagementIdentify HNI clients with high trading/investment potential.
- Maintain regular communication and build long-term relationships.
- Encourage increased trading activity based on the client's needs and interests.
- Focus on generating sustainable brokerage revenue from active HNI clients.
- Brokerage GenerationDrive trading activity among inactive, dormant, and HNI clients.
- Increase client engagement and transaction frequency.
- Achieve monthly brokerage and revenue targets.
- Client RetentionMaintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Resolve client concerns quickly and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Minimize client inactivity and improve client retention.
- Daily/Monthly TrackingMaintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Track reactivated clients, first trades, trading volume, and brokerage generated.
- Prepare regular performance reports against assigned targets.
