About the Company

Stallen South Asia Pvt. Ltd. is an established and rapidly growing company in the animal health and pharmaceutical sector. We focus on manufacturing and marketing high-quality veterinary formulations, biosecurity products, and feed supplements for domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Dossier Preparation: Compile, prepare, and review regulatory dossiers and technical documents for product registrations.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with manufacturing, QC, and QA teams to collect necessary technical data and certificates (COA, DMF, etc.).

• Compliance Checks: Ensure all product formulations, artworks, and labelling strictly adhere to regional regulatory guidelines and authority protocols.

• Liaison & Tracking: Follow up with licensing authorities and regulatory bodies to monitor application updates and expedite approvals or renewals.

• Documentation Lifecycle: Maintain an organized digital and physical repository of all global regulatory submissions, certificates, and compliance updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Pharm, B.Sc, or a related degree in pharmaceutical or life sciences.

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of active experience in regulatory affairs (pharmaceutical or veterinary industry preferred).

• Skills: Excellent communication, strong proofreading skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of regulatory submission formats.

• Commute: Comfortable commuting daily to our office in Vile Parle, Mumbai.
