Job Description
Job Purpose
To provide ground-level support to Technicians during field disconnection and reconnection drives.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Technician with tools and material during disconnection/reconnection visits.
• Support crowd/site management and communication with residents/security during disconnection drives.
• Help carry and handle equipment safely at consumer premises.
• Assist in documentation support (holding photographs/paperwork) during field visits.
• Report any safety concerns or resistance encountered at site to the Technician/Junior Engineer.
Skills & Competencies Required
• Basic physical fitness for field support work
• Willingness to travel extensively across the division
• Basic safety awareness and ability to remain calm in difficult field situations
