Job Description
– Real Estate Process
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project information.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain customer details and interaction records in the CRM.
- Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & Basic English.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in BPO, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Real Estate is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
