Real Estate Business Associate (Calling & Field Operations)

We are expanding our real estate advisory practice in Western Mumbai and looking for a high-energy Real Estate Associate to work directly with the founder. This is a hands-on hybrid role covering outbound lead nurturing, client qualification, and on-ground field coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Calling & Nurturing: Drive daily outbound calls to portal leads, qualified inquiries, and database contacts to establish requirements and budget caps.
• Client Engagement: Pitch luxury residential inventories across Andheri West and schedule verified site visits.
• On-Ground Operations: Accompany clients on site visits, coordinate with developer sales desks, and handle key handovers/documentation.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain daily calling logs, follow-up queues, and client requirement matrices.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or real estate client handling (freshers with strong communication are welcome to apply).
• Confident verbal communication in English and Hindi; capable of speaking with high-net-worth individuals.
• Self-starter who is comfortable spending part of the day at our co-working office and the rest on site visits in the micro-market.
• Must have personal two-wheeler conveyance for local site movements.
