Job Description – Picker PackerPosition: Picker Packer

Department: Warehouse / Operations

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Job ResponsibilitiesPick products/items from warehouse shelves as per the order list.
• Pack products properly and safely for dispatch.
• Check product quantity, quality, and condition before packing.
• Label and scan packages correctly.
• Arrange packed orders in the designated dispatch area.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials whenever required.
• Maintain proper stock arrangement in the warehouse.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO guidelines wherever applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Complete daily picking and packing targets.
• Follow company warehouse and safety procedures.
• Candidate RequirementsEducation: 10th Pass or above preferred.
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic reading and counting skills.
• Should be physically fit for warehouse work.
• Able to stand and work for long hours.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, if required.
• Basic knowledge of barcode scanner/mobile applications will be an advantage.
• Experience in warehouse, e-commerce, logistics, picking, packing, or dispatch operations will be preferred.
