PG Property Caretaker

PG PROPERTY CARETAKER – CO-LIVING / PG PROPERTIES

(This is a property/building caretaker role — NOT a home nurse, babysitter, or patient care job.)

Responsibilities:

Stay stationed at the assigned PG property and be the first point of contact for tenants on a day-to-day basis.

Open/close common areas on time, manage keys and access for tenants and visitors.

Keep the property clean, secure and well-maintained; conduct daily rounds to check locks, lights, water and common facilities.

Coordinate with maintenance technicians, housekeeping staff and vendors for repairs, cleaning and pest control visits.

Handle tenant check-in/check-out formalities and basic paperwork as guided by the Property Manager.

Report any damages, safety issues or tenant complaints to the office/Property Manager promptly.

Maintain a register of visitors, deliveries and maintenance visits.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a property caretaker, watchman, facility caretaker or similar role preferred (freshers may also apply).

Should be trustworthy, disciplined and comfortable staying on-site at the property.

Basic reading/writing ability to maintain registers.

Should be comfortable with rotational duty/night shift as required.

Honest, punctual and courteous with tenants.
