Job Description

Manage Personal Loan leads and coordinate with internal & external distribution teams.

Follow up with channel/client SPOCs for lead generation and conversion.

Handle documentation-related queries and escalations.

Maintain knowledge of Personal Loan products, bank policies & market practices.

Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

Prepare MIS and reports using MS Office & Advanced Excel.

Ensure smooth coordination with stakeholders for timely loan processing.
