Job Description
- Oversee daily hostel operations and ensure smooth functioning across all assigned properties.
- Monitor occupancy levels, room availability, resident onboarding, collections, and overall operational performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, HR/Admin, and Accounts teams to ensure effective execution of business activities.
- Set operational priorities, assign responsibilities, and monitor departmental progress against targets and deadlines.
- Review daily and weekly business updates, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and analyse MIS reports covering occupancy, revenue, expenses, collections, and operational performance.
- Supervise hostel managers and operational staff to ensure accountability, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain service quality and resolve operational issues.
