📢 OPERATIONS MANAGERPosition: Operations Manager
Industry: Café / Hospitality
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3–6 Years in Café / Restaurant / Hospitality Operations
- Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of multiple outlets.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all outlets and adherence to SOPs.
- The role will be primarily focused on Production, Training and Service.
- Monitor sales, costs, wastage, inventory and overall outlet performance.
- Manage and guide outlet teams, including Store Managers and operational staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality and hygiene.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
💼 Salary₹55,000 – ₹65,000 per month
