Job Description
- Serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, pantry and meeting areas.
- Handle basic office errands, including photocopying, printing and document delivery.
- Assist with courier handling, dispatch and collection of documents.
- Ensure pantry supplies and office essentials are adequately stocked.
- Support the HR and Administration team with day-to-day office tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant or in a similar role.
- Basic communication skills and a polite, helpful attitude.
- Well-groomed, punctual and disciplined.
- Should be reliable, responsible and comfortable handling office errands.
