Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, including workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, clients, and visitors.
- Perform all office errands and outdoor tasks as assigned.
- Visit banks for cheque deposits, cash deposits, document submissions, and other banking work.
- Handle courier bookings, parcel dispatches, and collection of documents.
- Collect and deliver documents, files, and materials between offices, customers, suppliers, and government departments.
- Organize, shift, and maintain office files and records.
- Purchase office supplies and other items as directed.
- Ensure the office is opened and closed properly each day.
- Support all departments with general office assistance and miscellaneous tasks.
- Familiarity with local routes, banks, courier services, and government offices.
- Honest, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Physically fit and willing to travel for office work.
- Good communication skills and a helpful attitude
