Job Description

  • AdministrationMaintain office files and documents.
  • Prepare quotations, reports, and Excel sheets.
  • Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and document filing.
  • Manage inward and outward correspondence.
  • Sales & Customer SupportPrepare customer price lists and product details.
  • Assist in WhatsApp customer communication and broadcasts.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for order documentation.
  • Update customer records and CRM data.
  • Vendor CoordinationFollow up with vendors regarding deliveries and pending orders.
  • Maintain purchase and inward records.
  • Track dispatch and delivery status.
  • Accounts SupportAssist with billing and invoice documentation.
  • Maintain petty cash records.
  • Organize payment-related documents for accounts.
  • Office CoordinationAnswer phone calls professionally.
  • Welcome visitors and buyers.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain appointment schedules.
  • Support the Director with day-to-day administrative tasks.
