Mutual Fund Admin & Operations Executive
🏢 Mutual Funds Distribution | 💼 Full-Time
💰 Salary: Commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and overall suitability
👤 Experience: Minimum 2 years in the Mutual Fund Industry (mandatory)
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
Handle mutual fund operations and client servicing, including SIPs, investments, redemptions, switches, KYC, FATCA, bank mandates, nominations and documentation.
Manage client communication, follow-ups and transaction coordination with clients, AMCs, RTAs and transaction platforms.
Maintain CRM, Excel records, statements and trackers, while supporting portfolio review coordination and day-to-day office administration.
Mandatory: NISM-Series-V-A certification. Candidates yet to clear the exam may also apply, subject to clearing it within the stipulated period.
