Job Title: MIS Executive(Female Candidate Only)

Location: Marol, Near Marol-Naka Metro Station, Mumbai – 400059

Working Days: Mon–Sat (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Salary: 10k to 15k

Tools Required:

Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (Compulsory)

Google Apps Script & AppSheet (Compulsory)

Looker Studio (Dashboarding)

Basic SQL / Database Knowledge

Google Workspace (Docs, Forms, Slides, Drive)

Broad exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources

Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets & Looker Studio

Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

Data Cleaning & Management:

Validate, preprocess, and maintain data accuracy

Handle missing or inconsistent data

Automation & Process Improvement:

Automate reports and workflows using Google Apps Script & AppSheet

Improve data processes to reduce manual effort

Business Insights & KPI Tracking:

Define and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Provide data-driven recommendations for decision-making

Collaboration & Communication:

Work with departments to understand data requirements

Present insights in a clear and business-friendly manner

Documentation & Training:

Document processes and create user guides

Train team members on data tools and dashboards

Compliance & Security:

Ensure data confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with company policies

Added Advantage:

Certifications in Data Analytics / MIS / Automation

Familiarity with JavaScript fundamentals, REST APIs, and basic version control (Git/GitHub).

Basic knowledge of statistics

Experience with dashboards, automation & data-driven decision-making

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical thinking

Attention to detail

Good communication skills
