Job Description

  1. Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products.
  2. Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
  3. Handle customer queries and follow up on leads until loan disbursement.
  4. Collect and verify required KYC and financial documents.
  5. Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
  6. Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
  7. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
