Tvaksh Advanced Skin Clinic is a dermatologist-led aesthetic and skin clinic in Andheri West, Mumbai. We are looking for a Laser & Skin Therapist to join our clinical team.

Role

The candidate will work alongside a dermatologist and be responsible for assisting with and independently performing approved skin and aesthetic procedures, with particular emphasis on laser hair reduction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair reduction treatments as per clinic protocols and dermatologist instructions
• Operate aesthetic/laser equipment safely and responsibly
• Prepare patients before procedures and provide appropriate post-procedure care instructions
• Assist the dermatologist during procedures when required
• Perform skin treatments such as medi-facials, chemical peels and other non-invasive procedures, depending on experience
• Maintain proper treatment records, photographs and procedure documentation
• Ensure strict standards of hygiene, infection control and equipment care
• Counsel patients professionally regarding treatment protocols and aftercare
• Maintain a warm, professional and patient-friendly environment

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, skin or laser clinic preferred
• Hands-on experience in laser hair reduction is essential
• Experience with Q-switched laser, CO₂ laser, RF, chemical peels, medi-facials/HydraFacial or other aesthetic procedures will be an advantage
• Good understanding of basic skin types, contraindications and pre/post-procedure care
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Well-groomed, punctual, sincere and willing to learn
• Ability to work under the supervision of a dermatologist and follow clinical protocols
• Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred
