Job Description
Position: Associate / Senior Associate
Industry: Café / Food & Beverage
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders and ensure accurate service.
- Handle billing/POS and cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café.
- Support food & beverage preparation and serving.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth café operations.
- Follow company SOPs and customer service standards.
Requirements:
- 10th / 12th pass preferred.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
