Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 1–2 years of experience to join our architectural team at our office in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai.
The candidate will be involved in architectural design development, drafting, working drawings, 3D modelling, presentations, and project coordination.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural/interior plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop working drawings and construction details.
- Assist senior architects in design development and project execution.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Make design presentations and drawing revisions as required.
- Coordinate drawings with consultants and project teams with site visits
- Assist in material selection and preparation of architectural details.
- Maintain project drawings, files, and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.
- Skills RequiredAutoCAD – Mandatory
- Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D modelling
- Knowledge of V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator is preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
QualificationB.Arch / Diploma in Architecture/Diploma/Degree in interior design or equivalent.
Experience1–2 years of relevant architectural/interior design experience.
Preferred CandidateCandidates with a good architectural/interior design portfolio, strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are preferred.
