About Chillcare ApparelsChillcare Apparels is a growing apparel manufacturing company working with leading brands and retailers. As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts professional to join our finance team and support our day-to-day accounting and financial processes.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive who can handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure timely completion of accounting-related processes.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting fundamentals, be comfortable working with numbers and data, and be willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Record and maintain purchase, sales, expense, payment and receipt entries.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
• Prepare and maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts and other financial records.
• Assist in preparing payment details and coordinating vendor payments.
• Verify invoices, supporting documents and other accounting-related records.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related activities.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with internal departments for invoices, purchase records, expenses and other financial information.
• Assist senior accounts and finance team members with audits, reconciliations and reporting requirements.
• Work closely with the management and operations team to ensure accurate financial data and smooth processes.
• Support the implementation and improvement of accounting and ERP processes.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance is preferred. Freshers with strong fundamentals may also be considered for a Junior role.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Tally and/or ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
