Job Description
- Site Supervision & Execution
- Supervise daily interior fit-out activities including civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth site operations.
- Project Coordination
- Review interior drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and clients regarding site requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Maintain project timelines and report delays or issues to project management.
- Material Management
- Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage at site.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate procurement requirements with the purchasing team.
- Quality & Safety Control
- Ensure all work complies with quality standards and project specifications.
- Implement and enforce site safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct quality checks and prepare snag lists before client handover.
- Ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
- Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Prepare work completion reports, measurement sheets, and material tracking logs.
- Document variations, site instructions, and work approvals.
- Report project status, challenges, and solutions to the Project Manager.
