Job Description

Key Responsibilities


* Supervise day-to-day interior site work.

* Manage carpenters, contractors, and labour teams.

* Ensure work is completed as per drawings and quality standards.

* Take accurate site measurements.

* Coordinate with the office, vendors, and project team.

* Plan daily work activities and monitor progress.

* Check material receipt, usage, and stock at site.

* Prepare daily progress reports with site photos and videos.

* Ensure safety rules and housekeeping are followed.

* Resolve site issues and report delays immediately.


Required Skills


* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior projects.

* Knowledge of interior execution and finishing work.

* Ability to read and understand drawings.

* Good communication and team management skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email.

* Ability to prepare daily work reports.

* Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

* Punctual, responsible, and disciplined.

* English communication is compulsory.
