Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer to support design development, technical drawings, presentations, and project documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in design execution, BOQ preparation, and coordination of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual and detailed interior design drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Develop detailed drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Create professional design presentations and client decks using PowerPoint.
• Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
• Coordinate and integrate MEP/services drawings with design layouts.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports using Excel and Word.
• Support design coordination with internal teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure drawings and designs comply with project requirements and timelines.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

• Proficient in SketchUp, Vray, lumion
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good command of MS PowerPoint for presentations
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Sound understanding of materials, finishes, and construction detailing
• Knowledge of building services and coordination
