Job Description


Client Consultation



  • Understand client requirements: fragrance type, positioning (luxury/mass), MOQ, pricing
  • Guide clients on:

  • Fragrance selection (notes, inspiration, trends)
  • Packaging options (bottles, boxes)
  • Branding & positioning basics

  • Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, packaging, production)




3. Sales Process Execution



  • Share quotations, proposals, and product catalogs
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and timelines
  • Close deals and ensure advance payments
  • Maintain CRM records and pipeline tracking




4. Relationship Management


  • Build long-term relationships with repeat clients
  • Upsell additional SKUs, higher volumes, and premium variants
  • Handle client queries and ensure smooth onboarding
