Job Description
To provide administrative and data-management support for the meter management function, including complaint logging, stock records and MIS updates.
• Log and track meter-related complaints (installation, replacement, faulty/burnt meters) in the system.
• Maintain meter inward/outward and installation records in coordination with the Stock Keeper and technicians.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS on meter complaint status, pending replacements and closure TAT.
• Assist in preparing documentation for meter testing/calibration and revenue-protection referrals.
• Coordinate with customers for appointment scheduling of meter installation/replacement visits.
Support the Sr. Engineer in audit and regulatory data requirements related to metering
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, billing/metering systems)
• Data accuracy and record-keeping
• Coordination skills
• Basic understanding of meter types and complaint categories
