Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and high-volume bulk hiring for shift-based or site-specific roles.
- Source candidates via local networks, WhatsApp groups, field drives, and regional job boards.
- Conduct rapid telephonic and in-person interviews to check basic competencies or certifications.
- Coordinate background verification, reference checks, and physical document collection.
- Partner with operations teams and site managers to guarantee timely deployment and onboarding.
Requirements & Skills
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in volume or blue collar staffing.
- Strong knowledge of local labor markets and vernacular communication skills.
- Familiarity with shift scheduling, recruitment trackers, and MS Excel.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet fast-paced replacement or deployment targets.
