HR Manager
Location: Malad West, Mumbai (On-Site)
Experience: 5–8 Years
Model: CircleRight Advisory Deployment (Client-Embedded Lead)
The Mission - You are a CircleRight Consultant deployed on-site to lead, architect, and execute the HR foundation for a fast-paced media client.
This role is designed for a system-builder who can operate with high autonomy. Backed by CircleRight’s governance, playbooks, and strategic direction, you will serve as the client’s embedded HR personnel - building structure, enforcing compliance, and driving seamless workforce operations out of zero.
Core Responsibilities
- Compliance & Governance Architecture: Build 100% statutory adherence (Shops & Est, PF, ESI, PT, POSH) and draft bulletproof work contracts for creative freelancers, production crews, and core staff.
- Policy & SOP Creation: Design, write, and roll out foundational HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks tailored to a dynamic media/agency environment.
- HRMS & Digital Operations: Configure and manage Keka to digitize all leave, attendance, lifecycle workflows, and employee records from scratch.
- Payroll & C&B Engineering: Structure tax-efficient salary components and execute zero-defect monthly payroll inputs and F&F settlements.
- Agile Lifecycle Support: Drive on-demand hiring, onboarding, and offboarding during high-velocity production cycles.
- Who You AreAdvisory Mindset: Autonomous problem-solver who owns functional outcomes rather than waiting for routine tasks.
- Compliance & Legal Sharpness: Deep command of Indian labor laws, statutory risk mitigation, and technical policy drafting.
- Data & HR Tech Precision: Advanced Excel skills combined with hands-on proficiency in Keka.
- 5-8 Years Experience: Background in core HR operations, consulting, or fast-paced agency settings.
