Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, WhatsApp and other platforms.
  • Screen candidates and assess their suitability for open positions.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage job postings, candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure timely closures and meet monthly hiring targets.
  • RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
  • Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple job requirements simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working independently from home.
  • Laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection are required.
